Mr. Rodger Daniel Ledford, 69, went to be with our Lord, Tuesday, May 1, 2012,
at Johnson City Medical Center.
A native of Johnson City, he was the son
of the late Nevielle and Cora Mae Pate Ledford. Rodger was a member of East View
Freewill Baptist Church and worked at AO Smith Cline for over 23 years as a
machine welder.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by
two brothers, Junior and Jimmy Ledford; and one sister, Hazel
Brummitt.
He is survived by his son, Johnny Dale Ledford; two daughters,
Angela Ledford and Mechelle Turbyfill and husband, Dennis, all of Johnson City;
girlfriend, Patricia Johnson, of the home; six grandchildren, Brandon Canter and
wife, Laura, Kelssie Canter, Meagan Gray, Alisha Gray, Carl James Talton and
Zachary Talton; two great grandchildren, Noah and Skyler Canter; and two
sisters, Emily Miller and Lilly Mae Sells.

The family will receive friends Saturday, May 5, 2012, from 6-8
p.m. at Morris-Baker Funeral Home.
