Bobby Joe Ledford, 72, of 236 Glenn Crest Drive went home to be with the Lord on Friday, November 11, 2011. He was the husband of Donna Sharlene Crisp Ledford for 50 years. and the son of the late Ernest Joe Ledford and Mary Matthews Ledford. He was of the Baptist Faith and a Navy veteran. He was employed by Atlanta Constitution and Ledford Distributing.
Survivors also include his two sons, Lane Ledford and his wife Tina of Duncan, SC, Jason Ledford and his wife Krystle of Reidville, SC; a daughter, Tammy Ledford Edwards and her husband Craig of Lyman, SC; a brother, Charles Ledford of Hermaston, OR; a sister, Edith Marona of Ashville, NC; six grandchildren, Lindsey Albaugh, Cale, Kortney and Oaks Ledford, Caden Edwards and Marley Ledford; three great-grandchildren, Lily Albaugh and Olivia and Johnny Ledford.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, November 14, 2011 at the Stribling Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 PM on Sunday, November 13, 2011 at the funeral home. The interment will be at Westwood Memorial Gardens.
